What to put in the brief

• Number of marketed products, and which are in Egypt
• Territories in scope, and whether you need a named QPPV or LSR designation
• Which services: case operations, periodic reporting, signal and ESI, registration lifecycle, system documents
• Existing safety database and intake path — we sit above it, we do not replace it
• Inspection or audit dates already in the calendar
• Target start date and whether this is a transition from an incumbent provider

What happens next

2. Scoped response

   Retainer scope, platform coverage, the pillars we would own, and the price band for each. In writing, with numbers.

3. Named accountability

   Your appointed QPPV stays accountable for submissions. We draft, track, and hold the evidence; the signature and the seat stay with your named person.
