Requesting deletion of personal data
Signed-in users can submit a personal-data erasure request from Settings. The request is recorded in the organization audit trail for operator follow-up (AgDR-0029).
Pharmacovigilance safety records — including ICSRs and related inspection material — are retained under GVP duties and are not automatically wiped when you request account or personal-data erasure.
If you cannot sign in, message us with your account email and we will open the request for you.
A person who does this work replies, usually within one business day.
